MARKETING DATA ANALYST
Verisure is seeking a Marketing Data Analyst reporting to the Marketing Director/BI Director. This role involves data analytics (both internal and external), creating analyses, dashboards, and reports to measure and optimize marketing performance.

Major Tasks and Responsibilities
- Manage, develop, and be accountable for all marketing analytics tools – including PostgreSQL databases, digital analytics tools, and telephony analytics.
- Collaborate with the BI team to optimize database collection, performance, and maintenance.
- Conduct proactive and rigorous quality checks to ensure proper data collection, storage, and cleaning.
- Analyze and visualize multiple sources of digital data to uncover and generate actionable insights for business improvement.
- Identify and implement improvements in marketing data capabilities to enable deeper insights.
- Maintain a strong understanding of digital technologies, solutions, platforms, and marketing analytics processes.
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations for all marketing channels.
- Ensure consistent brand representation across marketing channels and monitor brand perception.
- Plan, organize, and execute marketing projects efficiently, managing resources and stakeholder communication effectively.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
- Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree in a STEM field preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in consulting, strategy, or data analytics roles.
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced), SQL (PostgreSQL), ETL pipelines, and PowerBI or similar visualization tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to translate and visualize data clearly and accurately.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to achieve goals in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt digital data strategies based on research and industry trends.
- Leadership skills and the ability to work independently and in teams.
- Outstanding attention to detail.
