The role
You will work with a stylish, innovative, market-leading brand connected to property & lifestyle sectors, which has gained significant traction in the UK and overseas markets. Your role will involve collaborating closely with these teams to ensure messaging aligns with the brand's look, feel, and tone of voice.
Your responsibilities include working with the marketing team to deliver customer journeys, optimizing strategies through personalization, automation, and retention activities. You will manage campaigns across platforms such as email, WhatsApp, SMS, and in-building assets for diverse audience segments.
Additionally, you will support all stages of the CRM process, including building email campaigns using Dotdigital, Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce. This involves defining campaign actions, setting up audiences, testing, and scheduling. You will also analyze customer data and behavior to gain insights and inform CRM initiatives.
