Marketing CRM Account Manager

About you: As a Marketing CRM Account Manager, you will provide proactive support and manage the requirements of key stakeholders daily. You should have a solid understanding of the client's data structure and related activities to drive visits and spending. Staying informed about the macro environment will help you advise on new activities to enhance CRM results. Building strong relationships with stakeholders and the Projects Delivery team is essential for successful operations and project delivery.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Forming first-class relationships with internal and external stakeholders, positioning us as a trusted partner
  • Supporting stakeholders with campaign best practices, multi-channel engagement, loyalty mechanics, audience targeting, data validation, and campaign results
  • Troubleshooting implementation issues for smooth transitions from build to usage
  • Regularly reviewing CRM performance to demonstrate its benefits
  • Managing multiple clients and prioritizing requirements effectively

Skills and experiences:

  • Knowledge of CRM and digital marketing
  • Proficiency in Excel and working with numbers
  • Experience managing multiple projects, ideally from an agency background or similar role
  • Commercial experience is advantageous
