Acting as a central point of coordination between Marketing, Creative and wider business functions, the Marketing & Creative Project Manager will translate strategic and creative objectives into clearly defined project plans, ensuring the effective management of timelines, resources, budgets and deliverables. The role requires a highly organised, proactive individual with strong creative sensibility, exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple complex projects while maintaining the standards of a leading British luxury House.

Key Responsabilities
  • Lead end-to-end project management of global marketing campaigns, creative content production and key brand initiatives, ensuring timely delivery against agreed objectives and deadlines.
  • Own and maintain project critical paths, defining scopes of work, key milestones, responsibilities and approval processes, with clear visibility of project status and potential risks.
  • Act as the central point of contact for marketing and creative briefs, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, appropriately prioritised and effectively communicated to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinate project kick-offs, regular status meetings and cross-functional reviews, maintaining accountability across teams and proactively resolving potential challenges to delivery.
Creative Production & Content Management
  • Oversee the operational delivery of creative content projects, from initial briefing and production planning through to asset development, post-production, approvals and final delivery.
  • Coordinate internal creative resources and external production partners, ensuring efficient allocation of time and resources across simultaneous projects.
  • Manage the delivery of seasonal campaign assets, product marketing content, printed collateral and other global brand materials.
Cross-Functional Coordination & Planning
  • Work closely with Marketing, Creative, Merchandising, PR, Digital, Retail and regional teams to coordinate project requirements and ensure effective delivery across global and local touchpoints.
  • Support the Global Marketing Team in coordinating integrated campaign workflows, internal communications and global launch readiness, ensuring teams have the necessary assets, information and timelines.
Operational Management
  • Coordinate external agencies, production partners and suppliers, managing deliverables, timelines, costs and quality throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and continuously improve project management processes, tools and reporting to strengthen efficiency, transparency and collaboration across the department.
  • Support post-project reviews and campaign reporting, identifying operational learnings and opportunities to optimise future delivery.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
  • Proven experience in marketing, creative project management or production within a luxury fashion, lifestyle or creative agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of creative development and production processes across photography, film, print and digital content.
  • Demonstrable ability to manage multiple complex projects, balancing competing priorities, resources and demanding deadlines.
  • Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence working across creative, commercial and operational functions.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, ideally Asana, alongside Microsoft Office and relevant collaborative platforms.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented approach, with meticulous attention to detail, sound judgement and the ability to work independently.
  • An appreciation of luxury fashion, brand storytelling, craftsmanship and the creative standards associated with a global luxury House.
