The Young Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in growing Art Fund's relationship with the next generation of museum and gallery visitors, delivering marketing activity to raise awareness, recruit and retain young people and UK students. This is an exciting role where you'll coordinate campaigns across a range of channels, including email, social media, paid media and freshers' fairs. You'll work closely with internal teams, museums, agencies and external partners to develop relevant content, offers and opportunities for student members, while using insight and campaign results to continually improve our marketing activity.
We're looking for someone who is creative, organised and results-focused, with experience in consumer or charity marketing and a good understanding of digital channels. You'll need excellent copywriting and communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines. Experience working with young people or students, marketing automation tools, audience segmentation and external agencies would be particularly valuable. Most importantly, you'll have a passion for reaching young people and an interest in museums, galleries, art and cultural trends.

With the support of over 148,000 members who buy a National Art Pass, patrons, and donors we can provide grants, encourage visiting and advocate for museums' essential role and value.
