Job summary

Responsibilities
  • Project management of marketing deliverables and campaigns
  • Coordination of marketing for the National Wealth Adviser office
  • Communications coordination: proofreading, editing, layout of local advertising, brochures, newsletters, articles
  • Event coordination: invitations, concept recommendations, reporting
  • Adviser office signage: manage layout, approval, installation, liaising with suppliers from start to finish
  • Collateral distribution and logistics
  • Promotional items: sourcing, purchasing, quality control, stock management (available in internal shop)
  • Sponsorships: evaluating and executing regional sponsorship requests
  • Supplier management and briefing
  • General team support
Skill sets required:
