I am currently recruiting for a client based in the Preston area who are looking for a Marketing Coordinator, this would be a permanent position working a 37.5hour week. This service company is highly reputable and through steady growth are looking to expand their team, this pivotal position would suit someone who is hands on, has a keen eye for detail and someone who likes to share their ideas. The key responsibilities are as follows:

• Gain a clear understanding of the business - service and products
• Communicate with clients, public and media outlets
• Identify the organisation's strengths and weaknesses, respond to opportunities
• Set goals for growth in conjunction with management team
• Develop and implement appropriate strategies for target markets to promote the accounting products and services of the business
• Evaluate the business marketing strategies
• Build a strong relationship with potential new clients and colleagues
• Work within the marketing strategy to create a framework/plan and carry out all marketing activities including promotion and brand development
• Provide marketing support as required

Experience required:

• Degree in Marketing or Business of 2:1 classification or above is highly desirable
• Proven experience in a professional office environment
• Knowledge of lead generation methodologies
• Skills in database management and email software
• Proven experience with office software such as Microsoft Office
• Sound knowledge of general administration processes
