Job summary

FindCore is recruiting a Marketing Executive (Social Media & Content) to drive organic reach and engagement from its established social channels. Based in Cheadle, Greater Manchester, you will create compelling content, manage multi-platform assets and support fundraising campaigns with analytics-driven optimization.

You will work with a not-for-profit team, using AI-assisted tools to enhance content creation and reporting, while aligning with wider marketing objectives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in social media, content marketing or digital marketing.
• Proven experience growing social media reach and engagement.
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
• Good understanding of social media analytics and performance reporting.
• Experience with paid social, SEO or creator content would be beneficial.
• Comfortable using AI-powered content tools as part of the creative process.
• Strong communication, organisation and project-management skills.
