Job description

My industry-leading client within the luxury beauty/cosmetics space is looking for an entry-level Marketing Coordinator offering a competitive salary of £25,000. This is a 2-month contract, offering a hybrid model of working in their office in London, 2 days a week with the remaining 3 days working from home. They have some excellent benefits and a clear path to progression.

You will work alongside the Product Manager to drive category growth, overseeing all launch collateral for relevant categories. Responsibilities include day-to-day administrative tasks such as document presentation, pricing, and general support. You will also handle department requests for forecasting, support local coffret production, and coordinate product orders with suppliers for cutting or photography.

Ideal candidates will have some marketing experience or be recent graduates with a passion for beauty and excellent attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills, are required.
