Do you have an interest in marketing? If you’re creative, detail orientated and keen to learn, this could be an excellent opportunity for you to enter the world of marketing. We’re seeking a highly organised individual to join our Customer Experience, Marketing and Operations Team at AXA Health on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a junior level marketing role.

At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. We’re also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Support the delivery of AXA Health annual customer experience, marketing, and operational plans.
  • Manage communication approvals and liaise with stakeholders across the business to deliver projects in a timely, compliant, and cost-effective way.
  • Support the Marketing Managers with the delivery of various marketing campaigns and projects to drive high engagement and interest in our services.
  • Support the wider team with various admin tasks.
  • Act as a marketing role model and customer champion.

What you’ll bring:

  • Keen interest in marketing and communications with a focus to develop your skills further
  • Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive approach to problem solving, can work under pressure.
  • Ability to brief internal stakeholders and external partners with clarity and confidence.
  • High level of numeracy and good attention to detail.

As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.

This position has been defined as an Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) role under the IDD regime which means that in addition to pre-employment screening checks, the successful candidate will be subject to background screening every 4 years with an annual declaration in interim years.
