Are you an experienced Marketing & Client Coordinator?
Working with clients throughout the UK we are seeking motivated Marketers with a proven track record in coordinating multiple projects, managing competing priorities, and ensuring marketing activity is delivered efficiently and on schedule.
Overview
Marketing & Project Coordination
- Coordinate marketing activities across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
- Ensure projects, campaigns, and deliverables remain on schedule and aligned with agreed objectives.
- Liaise with internal teams, external suppliers, agencies, and specialist partners to support successful project delivery.
- Maintain project timelines, schedules, and action plans.
- Monitor progress and proactively follow up on outstanding actions and deadlines.
Meetings & Communication
- Organise and coordinate meetings, preparing agendas where required.
- Record actions, decisions, and key outcomes.
- Ensure actions are tracked through to completion.
- Provide clear communication updates to stakeholders across the business.
Workflow & Process Management
- Maintain project management systems, task boards, and workflow trackers.
- Ensure tasks, responsibilities, deadlines, and project updates are accurately recorded.
- Identify potential delays or issues and escalation where appropriate.
- Support continuous improvements to internal processes and project coordination activities.
About You
- Previous experience within a Marketing Coordinator, Project Coordinator, Account Coordinator, Client Services, or similar role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Confident coordinating activities across different teams and functions.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using project management or workflow platforms such as Monday.com, Asana, Trello, or similar.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Comfortable following up on actions and keeping projects moving forward.
- Able to work independently while remaining a collaborative team player.
- Experience supporting marketing campaigns, creative projects, or client accounts.
- Exposure to agency, marketing, creative, or project-led environments.
- Familiarity with content planning and campaign coordination.
- Basic design or content creation knowledge using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
- You must currently reside in the United Kingdom and hold full right to work. Please note that visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
