This is a great opportunity for someone experienced in food marketing, especially if you've worked with UK retailers and seek a role with more autonomy and variety.

As the local marketing lead for the UK, you will handle product launches, in-store campaigns, sponsorships, trade support, and consumer-facing activities. The role is diverse, with each day offering new challenges.

You will work for a well-known global brand in the fresh and packaged foods sector. The team is close-knit and hands-on, with support from regional marketing, but you will collaborate closely with local commercial and operational teams.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Supporting NPD and product/brand management
  • Creating and delivering in-store visibility strategies
  • Coordinating projects between packaging, supply, and factory teams
  • Managing local consumer activities like sponsorships and brand ambassador work
  • Running communications and social campaigns with agency partners
  • Driving marketing innovation, including e-commerce initiatives
  • Reporting on market insights, category performance, and consumer trends
  • Supporting the sales team with trade presentations and materials
  • Managing the local marketing budget
  • Participating actively in regional and global marketing teams
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in the food industry
  • Experience working with UK retailers is essential
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, balancing strategy and detail
  • A degree in marketing or business, or equivalent experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Enjoy working across functions and geographies
The Setup
  • Full-time, permanent role
  • Based on-site in Wisbech with some flexibility (two days WFH)
  • Reporting to a regional senior marketing director, integrated into the UK team
  • Variety, autonomy, and opportunities to make the role your own
  • Career development opportunities for proactive, eager individuals

This is a genuine marketing role, not a support or administrative position. If you want ownership, impact, and to work on a beloved brand, this is worth a conversation.
