Location: Hybrid – Bristol (3 days per week in-office)

Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday

About Us
Ernest Promotions is a fast-growing music and live entertainment group, dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences through events, tours, and cultural moments. From live shows and artist partnerships to venue operations and touring logistics, we work across the full spectrum of the live entertainment space.

We’re a small but impactful team that keeps everything moving behind the scenes — and we’re looking for a proactive, creative Marketing Coordinator to help us take our shows to market and get them in front of the right audiences.

About the Role

This is a hands‑on marketing role sitting at the heart of our events operation. You’ll be responsible for planning and delivering marketing campaigns for shows across our portfolio, working closely with internal teams, artists’ management, venues, and agencies to ensure every event goes on sale with maximum visibility and sells to its full potential.

Shows range from intimate theatre runs through to large-scale stadium events, predominantly across the UK with some global productions. Ideal for someone who loves live events, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys turning a show announcement into a campaign people notice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver marketing campaigns for shows across our portfolio, from on-sale through to show day
  • Build and manage content calendars across social media, email, and paid channels
  • Create and schedule organic social content, and support with paid social/digital advertising campaigns
  • Work with artists, management, and agencies to source assets and ensure brand and campaign consistency
  • Coordinate with press, PR, and media partners to secure coverage and drive awareness
  • Manage listings, artwork, and copy across ticketing platforms, our website, and partner sites
  • Monitor campaign performance and ticket sales data, flagging underperformance and recommending action
  • Compile post-campaign reports and marketing summaries to inform future planning
  • Support on artist and partner marketing requirements, including approvals and sign-off processes
  • Maintain accurate marketing trackers, budgets, and asset libraries across the portfolio
  • Act as a point of contact for marketing-related queries from internal teams and external partners
  • Ensure marketing activity complies with relevant regulations, including advertising standards and data protection (GDPR)
What We’re Looking For

Must have:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a marketing role within live events, music, or entertainment (or a closely related field)
  • Confident across social media, email marketing, and digital advertising platforms, including Meta Ads (campaign structure, audience targeting, and pixel/retargeting setup)
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple shows and campaigns simultaneously
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills, with a sharp eye for brand consistency
  • Understanding of artwork deliveries, aspect ratios and approval processes
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for producing reports and tracking performance across campaigns
  • Strong communication skills with a professional manner when dealing with artists’ teams, agencies, and media partners
  • Proactive and solutions-focused, comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
  • A genuine passion for live music and entertainment
Desirable
  • Experience with CRM systems for email marketing and data management
  • Familiarity with ticketing platforms (e.g. Ticketmaster, AXS, DICE, See Tickets) and managing listings, artwork, and copy
  • Proficiency with editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Premiere Pro
  • Familiarity with AI tools for marketing (e.g. campaign optimisation and audience insights)
What We Offer
  • Salary of £28,000 – £34,000, depending on experience
  • Flexible, hybrid working (3 days in our Bristol office)
  • Personal development budget
  • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays + your birthday off
  • Company pension scheme, private health insurance, and competitive employee benefits
  • Guestlist access to our/our partners’ live shows
  • A supportive, creative work environment where music and culture are part of everyday life

We encourage applicants from all backgrounds and communities and are committed to building a diverse, inclusive team that reflects the audiences and artists we work with.
