Job Description:

Our client is a leading business services company based near Skipton, North Yorkshire. They are looking for an outgoing, confident, and enthusiastic person to work as a Marketing Coordinator in a dynamic, evolving company.

You will assist in coordinating the company marketing strategy to support the generation of new business opportunities. Your responsibilities include implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns that build awareness of the company's USPs, brand identity, and impact work, with a strong focus on digital marketing, communications, content, and website development, including PPC, SEO, and event organization.

Responsibilities:

• Generate new business leads and increase brand awareness through marketing campaign planning and implementation, using the full marketing mix (product/service, price, place, promotion) to support business development.
• Carry out email marketing across services, brand, and impact topics, using Hubspot.
• Plan and coordinate events.
• Support website maintenance and PPC optimization, including SEO and analytics tracking to support marketing and commercial objectives.
• Write news stories, external PR pieces, advertorial content, and case studies.
• Create content for websites, social media, videos, and podcasts.
• Maintain accurate target lists, segment audiences, and set up automations for marketing processes using Hubspot.

We’re looking for someone with excellent communication skills (written and verbal), strong attention to detail, copywriting, and proofreading abilities. The successful candidate will be highly organized, conscientious, a self-starter, and possess creative thinking skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel at a basic level is required.
