Rugby - Office based

Permanent

Monday to Friday - 9am to 5.30pm (37.5hrs per week)

£28k - £31kpa

Our client, a friendly company who are leaders in their field, are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of their marketing plan and contribute to the growth of the brand.

The key responsibilities for a Marketing Coordinator:
  1. Assisting in the planning, execution and monitoring of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email and print.
  2. Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing content and materials, ensuring brand consistency.
  3. Support in managing social media channels, including scheduling posts, engaging with followers and tracking performance.
  4. Developing and deploying email marketing campaigns.
  5. Coordinating updates on the website.
  6. Conducting basic market research and competitor analysis.
  7. Assisting in the planning and execution of marketing events.
  8. Providing administrative support to the team including budgets, invoicing, scheduling and maintaining calendars.
  9. Liaising with external vendors and agencies.
The skills & qualities needed for a Marketing Coordinator:
  1. 3-5 years experience in a marketing role.
  2. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, as well as digital marketing tools such as Mailchimp and HubSpot.
  3. Familiarity and experience with social media platforms.
  4. Ideally have some knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics.
  5. Excellent organisation and multi-tasking skills.
  6. Enthusiastic and proactive with a willingness to learn.
  7. An interest in sport would be advantageous.
