About The Role
We're looking for a hands-on, organised, strategic
Marketing Coordinator. A creative doer to take ownership of our content calendar and campaign execution. You’ll lead the coordination of content, drive campaign rollout, and manage multichannel marketing that grows new client bookings, reactivations, referrals, reviews, membership and long-term brand. You’ll work across email, SMS, blog, copywriting, CRO, SEO, social media, video, paid ads, in-house events, and community outreach—bringing the Life Balance brand to life at every touchpoint.
This role involves owning and delivering our campaign planner and content calendar, supporting the rollout of in-house and community-based events, and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, videographers, editors, and web developers, while maintaining clear communication and support with our paid advertising team to align campaigns and track performance.

What You’ll Own
- Support the Marketing Manager to bring ideas to life, keep projects on track and drive results.
- Manage and deliver our campaign calendar across email, blog, video, website, social and in-clinic assets.
- Coordinate content creation (internal and freelance), writers, and video editors to deliver high-quality, on-brand assets on time.
- Write compelling copy for campaigns, landing pages, blogs/articles, social posts, and newsletters.
- Set up, run, and optimise paid ads on Facebook, Instagram, and Google
- Plan, lead, and deliver in-house and local outreach events—including talks, screenings, and community collaborations—that drive leads, attract new clients, and boost brand visibility.
- Own the campaign calendar and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that increase new clients, referrals, reactivations, reviews, and memberships—while tracking performance to improve results.
- Execute, optimise our social media strategy and manage – scheduling, publishing, repurposing, and engaging across platforms and channels.
- Manage relationships with designers and video editors – providing, managing creative briefs, reviewing, and approving final digital assets and content.
- Track, report, and improve performance – using data to improve ROI and make smarter marketing decisions
- Build local partnerships with businesses, media outlets, influencers, and ambassadors.
- Stay curious – continually improve your marketing knowledge and skills. Contribute ideas, test new approaches, and expand your skill set every quarter.
Who You Are
You're an action-oriented, detail-loving, mission-driven marketer who:
- Has 2+ years’ experience delivering successful multichannel marketing campaigns
- Writes brilliant, clear copy that connects with real people
- Can work from our Poole office, with one WFH day/week (after 3 months) (We don't offer visa sponsorship)
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (CIM Level 4+ also great)
- Knows how to manage a content calendar, brief creatives, and meet deadlines
- Confident project manager who can run multiple campaigns and content projects from start to finish
- Understands the marketing funnel and how to improve ROI through testing and tracking with a strong eye for detail, data, and results.
- Is a proactive problem-solver, with strong attention to detail and emotional intelligence
- Loves working on meaningful campaigns and helping others feel better, live better, and thrive
- Skilled in social media management, analytics, and audience growth
- Knowledgeable in digital marketing strategy, content funnels, and campaign optimisation
- You thrive on structure, love ticking off a checklist, and always close the loop. Process-oriented — you work smart & repeatably.
- Proactive and coachable—you take feedback well and learn fast
- Excellent organisational and time management skills..
- Maintain a high sense of urgency, entrepreneurial work ethic, and resourcefulness required to drive business outcomes.
- Collaborative team player who takes full ownership of outcomes and gets things done.
- Strong knowledge of behavioural psychology, storytelling, copywriting, branding, positioning, offline marketing, guerrilla marketing,
- Comfortable using tools like Basecamp, Process Street, ChatGPT, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and more
- Bonus if you have experience in healthcare, retail, or consumer wellness, or hold certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, or HubSpot
