We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to support the day-to-day marketing activities for our South Midlands region, based at our Northampton regional office. Due to the role's nature, regular travel to developments throughout the region is required. The Marketing Coordinator will report to the Group Communications and Marketing Director and be part of the wider Marketing team based nationally.
The post holder will identify marketing opportunities, ensure all marketing materials are current, and maintain consistency across departments with group standards. They will act as a guardian of the Keepmoat brand, producing high-quality marketing materials, including website pages for developments and house types, and content for property portals.
The successful candidate will liaise with external agencies and suppliers, oversee the production and distribution of sales literature, commission photography and videos, and manage customer-facing emails.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience
Candidates should align with Keepmoat's core values, possess a passion for marketing in the construction industry, and have previous marketing experience, preferably within the industry.
