About the Client:

A successful boutique investment firm in Mayfair with additional offices in the US. The business have been gradually growing but has maintained an exceptionally low turnover - a true testament to the fantastic company culture! They are looking for a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join their team.

About the Marketing Coordinator Role:

This is a fantastic newly created Marketing Coordinator position which will involve supporting a small team of Investment professionals and their clients with organizing roadshows. Responsibilities as the Marketing Coordinator will involve (but are not limited to):

  • Organising complex travel itineraries including flights, hotels and ground transport
  • Confirming meetings and locations with clients
  • Liaising with clients on production and delivery of presentations and marketing materials
  • Updating and maintaining Salesforce (CRM System) database
  • Ad-hoc administrative support to the team, which could include diary management, supporting with office management and handling incoming calls

Candidate Specification:

  • Good experience of administration within an office environment
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Muck-in, collaborative, team-oriented attitude

Additional Information:

  • Competitive salary up to £40k depending on experience and the business offer competitive additional benefits
  • Hours are 9am - 6pm and the business offer hybrid working of 2 days from home, with 3 days in the Mayfair office
  • This is a 12 month FTC to cover a maternity leave
  • Late July/early August start
