Join Our Team as Marketing Coordinator!

Mobile Testing Solutions Ltd (“MTS”) is a global exam service provider for a variety of exam boards which also has an online exam preparation school.

We’re on the lookout for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team at our London headquarters, located at 65 Westcroft Square, on a full-time, initially on a 12-months fixed-term contract. What You'll Do

  • Plan, manage and optimise paid social media campaigns (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn)
  • Manage Google Ads and YouTube ad campaigns for maximum ROI
  • Monitor budgets, A/B test creatives, and analyse campaign data
  • Implement and maintain a scalable CRM system (HubSpot, Zoho or similar)
  • Automate workflows and segmentation for lead nurturing and sales conversions
  • Track customer journey data and improve lifecycle communication
  • Plan and schedule engaging social media content across all platforms
  • Write marketing copy for landing pages, emails, and blog articles
  • Support SEO and keyword strategy through on-page content
  • Research and trial AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Midjourney, Notion AI) to enhance content creation, customer service, and campaign management
  • Identify opportunities to scale with automation and predictive analytics
  • Design and send regular newsletters and email campaigns using automation tools
  • Manage relationships with affiliate partners and explore co-marketing opportunities
  • Support the planning and execution of online webinars and promotional events
  • Track success metrics for events and follow-up campaigns
  • Comply fully with MTS’s GDPR and data protection policies and standards and Safeguarding (Children and Vulnerable People) policy

What You Bring

What We Offer

  • Competitive Pay: £28,000 to £33,000 per annum, including London weighting
  • Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm, 35-hour working week 35 hours per week, with hybrid working pattern
  • Annual Leave: 21 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays with an increment of one additional annual leave day for each year of continuous service to the company, up to a maximum of 26 days, plus bank holidays
