  • Support the Online Marketing team in achieving business objectives and KPIs.

  • Organize and execute brand events for press and influencers.
  • Lead small-scale brand events with team members.
  • Coordinate press mailings and brand send-outs, including list compilation and courier organization.
  • Manage PR mailing lists, maintaining updated contacts and opportunities.
  • Support PR agency management, track product requests, and journalist inquiries.
  • Assist with asset briefs to designers/studios and create assets using Canva across marketing channels.

ABOUT THIS ROLE

The Brand & Online Marketing Coordinator will implement and execute effective, innovative, and ambitious marketing activities throughout the year, contributing to profitable growth and achieving financial targets for the UK and Ireland consumer channels.

As the largest and most developed market for ghd, UK and Ireland is critical for the brand's global sustainability. The Coordinator plays a key role in supporting market-leading launches and coverage, exemplifying excellence as a flagship market.

JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Go-to-market:

  • Support the Online Marketing team in achieving business objectives and KPIs.
  • Assist in planning and executing campaigns in the UK & I market.
  • Organize and execute brand events for press and influencers.
  • Lead small-scale brand events with team members.
  • Coordinate press mailings and brand send-outs, including list compilation and courier organization.
  • Manage PR mailing lists, maintaining updated contacts and opportunities.
  • Support PR agency management, track product requests, and journalist inquiries.
  • Assist with asset briefs to designers/studios and create assets using Canva across marketing channels.

KPIs, Reporting & Market Intelligence:

  • Monitor and record monthly analytics for PR and event activities against KPIs.
  • Prepare monthly marketing reports for stakeholders and broader team sharing.
  • Collaborate on post-launch analysis, tracking rollout performance and insights.
  • Develop trend reports and share relevant findings.
  • Research competitors and maintain updated competitor reports.

Budget & Administration Support:

  • Support creation of presentations for UK & I leadership, EMEA, and global teams.
  • Assist with stock management and reporting.
  • Track and forecast PR and event budgets, including spend management.
  • Handle PO raising, tracking, and reporting.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Graduate with 1 year of experience in PR, preferably in beauty PR.
  • Ownership, accountability, and risk-taking examples.
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, outgoing, and passionate about ghd, beauty, and hair.
  • Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Interpersonal skills with an inclusive, transparent, and integrity-driven approach.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Resilient and adaptable to market changes.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Based in the UK with the ability to travel to UK/ROI as needed.
