Job description

As a Marketing Coordinator youll bea fundamental part of the commercial function within the on trade commercial team. The Marketing Coordinator role would work to support the Commercial Manager & Commercial Exec across key tasks in order to help deliver strategic outcomes project plans and additional commercial benefit. The role will follow closely alongside the Commercial Exec working to ensure Value for Venues Digital and Telesales activity are set up & delivered OTIF and tracked proficiently. The candidate will support in gathering tracking and providing insight on product & promotional performance market and competitor data and additional tasks like range reviews Crisps & snacks & the Value Hub. The role will also provide support across wider administration responsibilities where required such as the collation of product requests POS delivery reports invoicing & tracking of other ongoing projects.

The role may be based at either Abbot House Dunbar or Sunrise House. It is offered on a hybrid working arrangement requiring three days per week on-site and two days working remotely.

Qualifications

Your role as Marketing Coordinator

  • Support the Commercial team in the delivery of the annual promotion calendar for our suppliers across all platforms including brochure digital WhatsApp & telesales
  • Collate & track promotional activities ensuring alignment of all submissions & corresponding artwork with organisational strategy category focus and products listed.
  • Coordinating with Digital Telesales Sales & Internal teams at key stages to ensure promotions are on track to be loaded correctly and run OTIF.
  • Reporting of promotional & project performance by providing activity summaries at the conclusion of promotion periods facilitating the commercial team to communicate & deliver ROI for activity & establish best practice
  • Support the commercial team with bi-monthly invoicing & promotional credit forms ensuring alignment with internal figures & marketing budgets
