Job summary

BMS Performance Ltd, based near Leicester, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join an established international manufacturer serving LifeScience and research sectors. The role blends marketing, technical support and service coordination with customers, Account Managers, Field Service teams and international colleagues.

You will implement local marketing campaigns, organise exhibitions, work with sales teams on markets, support launches and create user materials, while communicating across UK

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• A proactive, solution-oriented and customer-focused approach to work.
• Degree in Biological, Biomedical, Business or Marketing desirable, though relevant experience will be considered.
• Comfortable working across multiple teams in the UK and overseas.

Responsibilities

• Implement local marketing campaigns across online and offline channels using global and locally developed materials.
• Organise exhibitions and events, including stand bookings, samples, promotional materials and CRM lead management.
• Work closely with sales teams to understand key markets and customers, conducting market research and monitoring competitor activity.
• Support new product launches and updates, including product testing, technical documentation and internal communications.
• Provide technical support to customers and Account Managers, maintaining accurate product knowledge and resolving technical queries with Head Office.
• Manage the GB Service inbox, allocating laboratory instrument breakdowns and service requests to Field Service Personnel and tracking issues through to resolution.
• Create and maintain user manuals, FAQs, troubleshooting guides, training materials and other customer support documentation.
