Responsibilities
  • Developing and managing budgets across marketing campaigns
  • Building relationships with stakeholders, agencies, and suppliers
  • Executing multi-channel campaigns in line with seasonal and strategic objectives
  • Creating and managing content across websites, emails, newsletters, and social media
  • Coordinating promotions and offers with the wider business team
  • Maintaining campaign schedules and ensuring timely delivery of materials
  • Creating artwork and supporting assets using tools such as Canva
  • Ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all platforms
  • Contributing to customer engagement strategies to enhance retention
About You

We're looking for someone who is creative, well-organised, and passionate about delivering results. You'll bring:

  • 1-3 years' experience in a marketing role, ideally within travel, hospitality, events, or leisure
  • Familiarity with Canva and/or Photoshop (preferred but not essential)
  • Good working knowledge of Office Suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities
  • Confidence to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and scheduling tools
  • Experience using email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or similar
