Marketing Coordinator

Location: West Midlands – Solihull office with coverage across West Midlands and South West.

Job Description

An opportunity exists for a Marketing Coordinator at Galliford Try. The role supports the team with the creation, update and maintenance of professional win documents, coordination and preparation of all PQQs and tender submissions for the West Midlands and South West business unit. Responsibilities also include event management and coordination, as well as engagement with construction sites to support the production of high‑quality marketing collateral.

What you will be doing

• Collate information and produce well‑designed, high‑quality win documents and proposals, including PQQs, tenders and presentations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for proposals – liaise with pre‑construction director, business development manager, estimators, bid coordinator and delivery team.
• Support the pre‑construction director and business development manager with content creation for internal and external newsletters, social media, company brochures, project case studies, presentations and all associated marketing materials.
• Plan, implement and attend corporate and site events as required.
• Liaise with the business development manager to support marketing materials.
• Support site teams to produce quality marketing collateral that reflects the branding (posters, hoarding displays, brochures, etc.).
• Coordinate with Galliford Try’s Group Communications team to ensure all design output remains up‑to‑date with corporate standards and branding.

About You

• Background in design, desktop publishing, communications or related fields demonstrating excellent design skills.
• Excellent administration skills, attention to detail and accuracy.
• IT literacy and proficiency with the outlined software.
• Creativity and vision, with the ability to respect corporate branding guidelines.
• Desire to work in a high‑paced team and ability to comfortably multi‑task.
