We are seeking a Marketing Controller to lead the next chapter of Madri Excepcional's incredible journey. This is a career-defining opportunity to take the reins of one of the fastest-growing beer brands in the UK, now expanding rapidly across global markets.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of the Long Range Plan (LRP) and 12–24 month commercial brand plans.
  • Own the consumer and shopper strategy, innovation pipeline, and investment planning.
  • Deliver through-the-line marketing tailored by format and channel, enabling toolkit execution with customers.
  • Act as brand lead for the UK & Ireland and global markets.
  • Use insights to guide performance, identify risks and opportunities, and course-correct where needed.
  • Manage the brand P&L, providing accurate forecasts and strategic input.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in FMCG marketing, with full-mix exposure and ATL/BTL campaign leadership.
  • Strong commercial acumen and confidence managing a brand P&L.
  • Experience in both local and global brand leadership.
  • A natural leader with a track record of building and inspiring high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
