Are you a content powerhouse with a passion for B2B marketing? Do you live and breathe campaigns, automation, and lead gen? We’re looking for a Content Marketing Manager to drive bold, data-driven campaigns that fuel our sales pipeline and elevate our global brand.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead multi-channel campaigns using HubSpot to drive demand generation and nurture prospects through email, paid media, content, and social channels.
  • Create compelling content—whitepapers, case studies, ABM campaigns, and more—that attracts and retains corporate customers while expanding our digital footprint and brand awareness.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to deliver high-impact, lead-generating assets, ensuring alignment between marketing and sales processes.
  • Develop and execute lead nurturing programs, segmenting audiences based on behaviour and engagement, and optimizing lead scoring for seamless handoffs to sales.
  • Analyse campaign performance, optimize based on A/B testing, and provide actionable insights to the team to continuously improve results.
  • Shape our voice and presence across global digital channels, redefining how business travel is marketed.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, digital marketing, or growth marketing.
  • Expertise in HubSpot for marketing automation, including email workflows, segmentation, lead scoring, and reporting.
  • Proven ability to execute and optimize multi-channel campaigns across email, PPC, SEO, and social media.
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to track, analyse, and report on performance using HubSpot and Salesforce dashboards.
  • Strong editorial skills with an ability to create content that resonates with the target audience and drives conversions.
  • Exceptional project and time management skills, able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in WordPress or other Content Management Software.
