Strive have partnered with a high-growth cybersecurity startup to find a Content Marketing Manager to join their team.

The Role

  • Title: Brand Content Marketing Manager
  • Reporting to: Director of Product Marketing
  • Lead the company’s content engine, with blogs as your primary focus
  • Develop and manage the editorial calendar to ensure consistent brand messaging
  • Write press releases and craft thought leadership content in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Research and submit for industry awards, while supporting analyst relations (calendar management, submissions)
  • Opportunity to grow into a Product Marketing role as the company scales

What We’re Looking For

  • Writing Proficiency: Strong, versatile writing skills; able to create compelling content for blogs, press releases, and thought leadership pieces.
  • Organizational Skills: Proven ability to maintain and execute on editorial calendars.
  • Industry Experience: 3–5 years in content marketing, with at least 1 year in cybersecurity, telecoms, or both.
  • Reliability: Ability to deliver high-quality blogs and brand content consistently.
  • Adaptability: Curious, enthusiastic, and eager to learn about the products and industry.
  • Global Collaboration: Comfortable working with global teams; occasional calls outside US hours may be required.
  • Location: Greater Boston. Remote to start, with an eventual 1–2 days per week in the local office (once established).

  3. Panel interview with team stakeholders
  4. Final culture conversation with leadership
