Location: Wilmslow / Hybrid

Salary: £25,000 to £28,000

Sano is a new kind of company, part design studio, part R&D lab, part IP platform, focused on rethinking how homes are built, lived in, and experienced.

From pre-fitted service cores to airflow systems and AI-ready digital platforms, we’re tackling some of the biggest challenges in housing: health, sustainability, and scalability. Our modular products are built for the real world, practical, scalable, and deeply considered.

We’re a small, fast moving team working on meaningful problems, and now we’re looking for a creative mind to help us share that story with the world.

The Role

We’re hiring a Marketing & Content Creative to help shape how Sano shows up, across channels, mediums, and moments. This is an early career role suited to someone with 1 to 2 years’ experience who’s confident creating short-form content, curious about how things work, and fluent in the modern creative stack (think ChatGPT, Canva, CapCut, Notion, etc.).

This isn’t a strategy-heavy or process-heavy role. It’s for someone who wants to learn by doing, take ownership, and get stuck in.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Telling the Sano story, from our CoreMods to ASHP Canopies and everything in between
  • Creating short-form video, smart posts, and content moments across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and beyond
  • Helping build out our AI-ready website, thinking about visibility, structure, and storytelling
  • Shadowing the team to capture the product, process, and people behind the scenes
  • Supporting the development of decks, documents, and creative collateral
  • Acting as a sounding board and collaborator across visual, written, and digital projects
  • Sharing our work through and with partners, clients, and platforms

  • Feel comfortable in an AI-powered world and are fluent in tools like Canva, CapCut, Notion, and ChatGPT

  • Can turn a sketch, prototype, or unpolished moment into something engaging
  • Understand that great brands are built on personality, not polish
