The Role

We are looking for a self-driven and creatively passionate Content Creator to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in bringing the Scarlett Poppies universe to life across all digital platforms—translating our visual identity into compelling content that inspires, informs, and connects.

This role goes beyond just creating content—it’s about building a consistent, refined, and aspirational brand world that speaks to a global audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Film and edit high-quality video and photo content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, email marketing, and website
• Pitch fresh content ideas and creative concepts that elevate the brand’s storytelling
• Own production from start to finish—from ideation to final delivery
• Edit with a strong eye for style, ensuring every visual aligns with Scarlett Poppies’ tone and aesthetic
• Stay up to date on social and visual trends in fashion, design, and lifestyle
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams for product launches, lookbooks, and campaign assets
• Format all content for correct usage across platforms (social, web, print)
• Manage and organize all creative assets for future use

What We’re Looking For

• A highly creative mind with a refined aesthetic rooted in fashion, travel, and editorial design
• Strong editing and post-production skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop, or similar)
• Independent, proactive, and solutions-driven—someone who doesn’t wait for direction to get started
• Excellent understanding of visuals for social platforms, including formats, specs, and platform best practices
• A standout portfolio that reflects creative vision, consistency, and originality
• Fluent in English with strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years in a similar role, ideally in fashion or lifestyle
• Experience creating UGC-style videos, lookbooks, or product-focused shoots
• Knowledge of current content trends on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
