Job description

About The Job

R.M.Williams is one of Australia’s most iconic heritage brands, a near-century-old name built on craftsmanship, character and connection to the land. For over 90 years, we’ve been handcrafting leather boots and apparel that stand the test of time, earning a legendary status back home and growing a loyal following around the world. Now, as we expand our footprint in the UK and Europe, we’re looking for a talented Marketing Coordinator to help bring our story to life in new markets.

In this dynamic, hands-on role, you’ll be the critical link between our global marketing team in Australia and local agency partners, ensuring the seamless execution of campaigns, content, and storytelling across the region. If you’re an organised operator with a sharp eye for detail, cultural awareness, and a passion for premium lifestyle brands, this is your chance to shape how a storied Australian icon is introduced to a whole new audience.

Key Responsibilities

As Marketing Coordinator UK & Europe, you’ll be the day-to-day engine behind our regional brand marketing. Working closely with agency partners and the global team, you’ll coordinate the local rollout of campaigns, coordinate influencer and content programs, and ensure consistency across retail, digital, and PR.

You’ll coordinate campaign calendars, manage content workflows, support shoots and activations, and help amplify our brand across owned, earned, and retail channels. Whether briefing a content creator, updating the brand calendar, or tracking campaign performance, you’ll bring structure, pace and polish to everything you touch.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate the UK launch of global campaigns across digital, retail, and PR
  • Manage timelines, briefs, and deliverables for local content production
  • Support influencer management and UGC content — including briefing and approvals
  • Assist in-store activations and content opportunities (e.g. boot polishing, events)
  • Liaise with PR and creative agencies to maintain brand alignment
  • Keep campaign trackers, calendars and budgets up to date
  • Compile and circulate weekly sales and marketing performance updates
  • Identify storytelling moments and content capture opportunities in-store
  • Maintain internal tools including Monday.com and file management systems
  • Support new store openings and marketing event execution

Experience & Skills

  • 2-4 years of experience in a marketing, events or content coordination role
  • Familiar with digital content production, social media, PR, and retail marketing
  • Highly organised with strong project management and communication skills
  • Confident managing creators and briefing agencies
  • Comfortable working across multiple time zones and managing competing deadlines
  • Collaborative, proactive, and always ready to roll up your sleeves

What We Offer

  • Be part of a premium Australian brand with strong heritage and global ambition
  • Based in our London office with flexible working options
  • Opportunities for international travel to support campaign planning and shoots
  • Generous product allowance and staff discounts
  • Join a close-knit global team with room to grow
