Job summary

Matter, based in Bristol, is seeking a proactive Marketing Coordinator to deliver engaging communications across online and offline channels. You will coordinate events, create content, and support digital activity while ensuring consistent brand messaging and collaboration with Engineering, Commercial and Operations teams.

You’ll grow your marketing skills in a growing engineering business, with hybrid working and regular feedback.

Qualifications

• Organised and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience supporting events, content creation, and social media.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate events, exhibitions and speaking opportunities.
• Write and schedule organic social media content; support website updates.
• Develop case studies and marketing collateral from customer feedback.
• Maintain marketing dashboards, assets libraries and campaign data.
• Assist commercial teams by tracking enquiries and lead flow.
• Coordinate printing and promotional materials; manage supplier relationships.
• Research industry trends to identify content opportunities.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to Marketing and cross-team collaboration.
