Job summary

M&G is seeking a Marketing Communications Compliance Manager to join the Asset Management Marketing Communications Compliance Team. This role sits in the Marketing division, focusing on compliant communications across markets and jurisdictions where M&G Investments operates.

You will be part of the 1st line of defence, delivering high-quality compliance across campaigns and materials. The role requires knowledge of financial promotions, data privacy and regulatory requirements, with opportunity

Qualifications

• Experience in a compliance/legal environment within asset management or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of financial promotion, data privacy, social media, privacy, security and communications standards.
• Excellent verbal, written and influencing skills, able to engage stakeholders remotely or in person.

Responsibilities

• Manage reviews and approvals of Marketing Communications for Asset Management, with focus on UK initiatives.
• Support continuous improvements to strengthen control environment using data and creative thinking.
• Apply regulatory knowledge to marketing communications and ensure compliance with the Marketing Compliance Control Framework.
• Deliver a quality service and product to customers and stakeholders.
• Conduct quality assurance of approved communications to ensure adherence to standards.
• Adapt to change and propose improvements to processes.
• Collaborate with colleagues and provide clear feedback to speed up approvals.
