Job summary

Bupa UK is seeking a Marketing Communications Executive for the Galileo programme in Brighton. This 12-month secondment focuses on translating requirements into clear content briefs and coordinating with SMEs and agencies to ensure compliant, on-brand communications.

You will support the communications lead with planning, governance, and ensuring milestones are delivered on time, while maintaining content backlogs and asset approvals.

Qualifications

• Experience in document management in a regulated environment.
• Understanding of how documentation translates to fulfilment and communications.
• Knowledge of Document Management Process in Financial Services and/or health sector is desirable.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in an agile development environment.

Responsibilities

• Support administrative activities with the technology team and ensure smooth implementation of new solutions.
• Translate requirements into clear, actionable content briefs for SMEs and agencies.
• Develop content aligned to Bupa’s tone, brand guidelines and Consumer Duty principles.
• Provide briefs for dev-ready user stories for content and communication delivery.
• Assist with planning, strategy execution and ensuring programme milestones are delivered on time.
• Maintain trackers for content in progress and manage a prioritised backlog.
