As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a dynamic and proactive MarComm Manager to join our team. This role requires someone who can truly immerse themselves in the life of our group of companies, developing deep product knowledge and translating it into impactful marketing and communications strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand & Product Communication

• Gain and maintain strong knowledge of all products and services across the group
• Craft clear and compelling messaging for external and internal audiences

Social Media Management

• Develop and execute social media strategies across all key platforms
• Ensure consistent brand voice and monitor engagement metrics
• Drive growth in follower base and improve interaction rates

Event & Exhibition Presence

• Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events
• Coordinate booth setup, promotional materials, and speaking engagements
• Network with industry stakeholders to strengthen brand reputation

Media Relations

• Build and maintain strong relationships with press and media outlets
• Draft press releases, articles, and thought leadership pieces
• Respond to media inquiries and arrange/ participate in interviews as needed
• Oversee the creation of marketing materials, presentations, and digital content.
• Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and messaging
• Close cooperation with in house designer in order to develop products and its collaterals for Sales and wider team

Requirements:

• Proven experience in marketing and communications, ideally within a B2B environment
• Solid background in the shipping or maritime industry is essential
• Strong understanding of social media and PR best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Confident public speaker and brand ambassador
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
