We are currently seeking a Marketing Communications Manager EU, who will be responsible for our automated cell culture systems and cell line development solutions.

What we’ll get you doing:

1. Engaging storytelling: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gain customer insights of needs and wants, understand the science, and develop engaging, customer-centric stories that showcase our unfair advantage powering our customers’ research and research outcomes.
2. Multi-touch campaigns: Promote stories through multiple channels (digital and physical), building effective targeted copy by channel to maximize reach, engagement, and lead generation. Channels include website, search, PPC, social, 3rd party media, tradeshows, sales and inside sales, customers, and distributors.
3. Maximize ROI: Ensure that the EU marketing budget is allocated in a cost-effective manner, and continuously measure performance to maximize ROI.
4. Continuous learning: Master Danaher business systems (DBS) and standard work processes (SWK), gain awareness of the regional market, competition and trends. Continue to drive your personal development, always seeking ways to improve and innovate.
5. Additional responsibilities: Perform related tasks as needed, contributing to the overall success of the marketing function.

The essential requirements of the role include:

1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
2. Experience in a marketing role, with demonstrated expertise in creating multi-channel campaigns.
3. Strong copywriting skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
4. Experience with Microsoft office suite, marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce CRM) and marketing analytics (e.g. PowerBi).
5. Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in life science, medical device or healthcare industries.
