Marketing & Communications Manager

Salary: £50,000 per annum

Location: Liverpool

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2 days onsite)

This is an opportunity to take ownership of a marketing function from day one. Our client is growing, and they are creating their first dedicated marketing lead role.

The ideal candidate can turn plans into action, lead initiatives, and shape the organisation's communication strategies both internally and externally.

The role involves managing an existing strategy, brand, and campaign plan, bringing structure, and leading daily operations with support from a junior team member and senior leadership. You will have the autonomy to make decisions, influence strategy, and build a scalable marketing function.

If you are ready to step up, lead a team, and collaborate with executive stakeholders, this role offers variety, including external campaigns, internal communication, events, PR, and social media.

You will also manage a budget and contribute to a CRM project scheduled for later this year.
