Job description

Marketing Communications Manager | London | Luxury Business | Salary up to £50k

A business rich in heritage in the luxury space, is looking for a Marketing Communications Manager to shape and share its brand story. This role blends digital strategy, visual storytelling and relationship building - perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of design, culture and communication.

The Marketing Communications Manager will lead day-to-day social content and media outreach, ensuring the brand's voice is clear, consistent and compelling. From planning photoshoots to engaging with editors and influencers, this person will champion the brand both online and in the press.

Key Responsibilities in the Position of Marketing Communications Manager

  • Develop and deliver content strategies across Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn and more - from concept to post.
  • Create meaningful, visually rich content that reflects the brand's values and aesthetic.
  • Track performance using tools like Google Analytics or Hootsuite, adjusting approach as needed.
  • Build and nurture a vibrant online community through thoughtful interactions.
  • Collaborate on photo and video shoots that bring the product and story to life.
  • Manage influencer campaigns and press activity around new collections and brand moments.
  • Write press releases, media outreach and talking points that feel editorial, not corporate.
  • Maintain a strong network of journalists, stylists and creative collaborators.
  • Stay ahead of trends and ensure the brand remains culturally relevant and design-forward.

What You'll Bring

  • 5 years in a social media or PR role, ideally in a luxury, fashion, interiors or design-led environment.
  • A natural storyteller with a strong visual eye and an editorial tone of voice.
  • Confident across analytics, reporting, and content planning platforms.
  • Comfortable managing several projects at once, with a calm and creative approach.
  • Familiar with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • A strong sense of brand and audience, with a collaborative mindset.
