  • Develop effective communications plans for Bank investments, publications and other activities – to include Q&As and agreed lines.
  • Support the development of marketing and communications collateral to ensure that it is consistent with the Bank’s brand - including Insight Papers, website copy and reports.
  • Manage internal townhalls and calls – manage agenda, source speakers and share key messages.
  • Embed bank’s vision and values through key touchpoints.

Key Skills and Knowledge Requirements:

  • Proven marketing communications experience.
  • A relevant qualification in communications or marketing (or equivalent work experience) will be highly regarded.
  • Proven experience of all communications channels, including digital and social media.
  • An excellent understanding of how to use marketing tools and techniques to increase the reach, impact and reputation of the Bank.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

At the Scottish National Investment Bank, we offer a supportive culture that values your expertise and autonomy, encourages continuous learning, and provides opportunities for meaningful work.

The salary range is £51-59k, depending on experience, with additional benefits including 30 days annual leave plus public holidays, a 12% non-contributory pension, volunteer days, and more. We operate a hybrid working model and are open to discussing flexible working patterns.
