Job summary

Repton School seeks a Marketing and Communications Executive to strengthen our UK family’s online presence with high-quality digital copy, website management, and content creation. You will work with the Group Director of Marketing and Communications and MarComms/Admissions teams to reflect Repton’s voice and excellence across channels.

You will craft audience-focused messaging, manage external partners, and drive digital campaigns while monitoring performance and insights to inform strategy.

Qualifications

• Strong digital copywriting skills for web and digital channels.
• Passion for digital storytelling and online content resonance.
• Web management and digital targeting experience: Meta Business Suite, Google Ads.
• Collaborate with staff, interview contributors, gather information for digital stories.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Organisational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail in written English.
• Experience with Canva, editing tools, and video production software.

Responsibilities

• Manage the digital marketing strategy across organic and paid channels.
• Collaborate with web agency on website strategy, structure, and content.
• Champion audience-first storytelling across content.
• Commission and quality-assure content from teams and external contributors.
• Support Admissions with targeted communications and recruitment goals.
• Provide monthly performance reports and translate data into actionable insights.
