Marketing & Communications Executive
Reports to: Product Marketing Manager
Team: Marketing
Location: Hybrid - Newmarket - 2 days on-site, 2 days WFH
Hours: 32 hours across a 4-day week (no salary sacrifice)
Salary: £27,000 - £32,000

Job snapshot:
As Secure School’s Marketing and Communications Executive, you'll drive engagement and adoption of our solutions through creative and compelling messaging. With a deep customer-centric mindset, you'll quickly identify pain points and craft clear, targeted solutions. You'll seamlessly manage cross-channel communication, including CRM tools, direct mail, events, and collateral, ensuring a consistent and cohesive look and feel.
Collaboration is central to this role, you’ll partner with internal teams, key stakeholders, and external partners to strengthen brand presence and drive sales success. Your work will ensure our messaging is clear, compelling, and aligned with our brand values and strategic goals.
