Join Australian Racing Tours – Where Passion Meets Racing & Travel!

Are you a creative marketing talent with a flair for design and strong computer skills? Australian Racing Tours is looking for a Marketing & Communications Assistant to help us to continue to engage with our amazing clients and grow our brand.

Part-time – 15 hours per week (flexible, ideally 5 hours across 3 days)

Remote role – work from anywhere!

Perfect for a marketing & design enthusiast with a passion for racing and travel.

What You’ll Do :

  • Assist with marketing campaigns and promotions using Keap.
  • Create engaging content for weekly EDM, & social media.
  • Help manage and grow our social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Design eye-catching graphics and promotional materials using Canva (or similar).
  • Assist with website updates and client communications information for all tours.
  • Coordinate with partners and suppliers for branding needs.

What We’re Looking For :

  • A flair for marketing and creative design.
  • Advanced computer skills and familiarity with Canva, and social media platforms.
  • Strong writing skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in marketing, communications, or social media management is a bonus.
  • A passion for horse racing and travel (bonus!).
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
