Job summary

KAEFER UK & Ireland is seeking a creative, organised and proactive Marketing & Communications Assistant to join our Business & Strategy team in Newcastle upon Tyne. You will support both Marketing and Communications activities, help bring our people, projects and capabilities to life through engaging content and campaigns, and work closely with Marketing and Communications managers.

Qualifications

• Passion for marketing, communications and content creation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organised and proactive with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with social media for business; Canva or Adobe tools helpful.

Responsibilities

• Support marketing campaigns across sectors, services and priorities.
• Create and publish content across social media, website and internal channels.
• Develop case studies, presentations, brochures and employee stories.
• Support internal communications and employee engagement campaigns.
• Gather news, photography, video and stories from teams across the business.
• Support PR, awards, partnerships and external communications.
• Coordinate industry, customer and internal events.
• Assist Business Development with customer-facing materials.
• Monitor activity and identify opportunities to improve.
• Maintain content calendars and resources.
