Job summary

KAEFER UK & Ireland is seeking a creative Marketing & Communications Assistant to join the Business & Strategy team. You will support content creation, campaigns and internal communications across multiple channels, gaining broad exposure to digital marketing, PR, events and website work.

Working with experienced managers, you’ll develop storytelling from site stories and projects, learn analytics, and help deliver events while advancing your career in a large, diverse industrial organisation.

Qualifications

• Interest in marketing, communications and content creation with strong writing.
• Organised, proactive and able to work with multiple teams.
• Experience using social media for business and basic design tools is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support marketing campaigns across sectors and priorities.
• Create and publish content on social media, website and internal channels.
• Develop case studies, presentations, brochures and employee stories.
• Assist internal communications and engagement campaigns.
• Coordinate news, photos, videos from teams, and events.
• Support external communications and partnerships as needed.
• Assist Business Development with customer-facing materials.
• Monitor activity and identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain content calendars and resources.
