A leading technical consultancy is looking for a Marketing and Communications Assistant in Leeds on a 12-month contract. Tetra Tech is looking for a Marketing and Communications Assistant to join our Marketing and Communications team on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.
The Marketing and Communications Assistant works within a busy team to support the delivery of exceptional, high-quality marketing and communications plans and projects for both internal and external audiences. The team you will become a part of works to promote the Tetra Tech brand and key messages in the Europe region, engaging our target audiences and showcasing our people, expertise and successes.
Your Role
This next year will be an exceptionally busy period for the team who are currently undertaking a number of projects to develop the Tetra Tech brand in Europe so an extra pair of hands is needed for this time to ensure we can deliver on our plans. Reporting to the Marketing and Communications Manager but working closely with the whole team you will be highly organised and take a proactive approach to your role. The work will be hugely varied assisting with campaign deliverables across a wide range of activities from updating our social media channels and intranet to supplier research and logistics for events. About You
This is an excellent opportunity for anybody wanting to start a career in marketing and communications. A marketing related degree or equivalent qualification is a bonus but a can-do attitude, experience of an office environment and a willingness to learn are most important. You will need to be proficient in all Microsoft software packages. Crucially, you must have a commitment to delivering great results and be confident communicating with all types of people and levels from stakeholders to suppliers. You will need to be self- motivated, flexible, creative and able to respond to requests at short notice.
This role is hybrid but to be successful you will be required to attend the office in Leeds City Centre (and occasionally other offices as required) on a regular basis to work with the team and get to know the people you’ll be working with from across the business.
