EAB is currently looking to hire a Marketing & Communications Assistant to work at our Park Lane Office.

Are you an organised, creative, and motivated individual looking to take the next step in your marketing career? Join our dynamic team as a Marketing & Communications Assistant, where you’ll play a vital role in supporting internal and external communications, coordinating marketing content and approvals, and contributing to exciting strategic projects.

This is a hands-on opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of experience who is ready to grow in a fast-paced, professional banking environment. You’ll have the chance to sharpen your marketing skills while working closely with teams across the business.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with drafting internal newsletters, updating office screensavers, and creating engaging LinkedIn content.
  • Help manage our marketing inbox, maintain documentation, and support cross-departmental collaboration for content and approvals.
  • Get involved in content creation, copywriting, and basic design work using various tools.
  • Coordinate corporate sponsorship and gifting initiatives, and support strategic marketing campaigns.
Required Skills/Experience/Qualifications
  • 1–2 years’ experience in marketing, communications, or administrative support
  • Willingness to learn, contribute ideas, and take ownership of tasks
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and design tools like Illustrator
  • Proactive, collaborative mindset with a can-do attitude
  • Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is a plus but not required
