Job summary

ONE Multi Academies Trust Ltd. is recruiting a Marketing and Communications Assistant Apprentice to support marketing, communications, content and events across the academy and Trust.

The apprenticeship aligns with the Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer apprenticeship, providing hands-on experience on real projects that support the academy, Trust and wider community. You’ll develop skills in social media, website content, photography, video and campaigns, while learning to plan and deliver school

Qualifications

• No professional experience required; creative, proactive and enthusiastic candidate.
• Interest in Canva, Photoshop/Adobe Creative Suite and video editing.
• Willingness to learn and develop marketing and communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement online marketing campaigns to support recruitment.
• Assist planning and implementation of marketing campaigns.
• Research and maintain knowledge of marketing opportunities for audiences.
• Produce reports evaluating digital campaigns, website and social media.
• Create e-newsletters and email campaigns using CRM and databases.
• Coordinate presence across social media: content, editorial and publishing.
