The Gold Studios is hiring a Marketing & Communications Manager to put us front and centre in the industry.In this role, you’ll lead all agency marketing efforts — from running our social channels and PR, to managing pitches, press, and thought leadership — with the goal of positioning The Gold Studios as the world’s leading 360° digital agency.
You’ll be the voice of the agency, shaping how we show up in the world. That means building strong relationships with trade press, ensuring our website and socials are always fresh, crafting narratives that spotlight our talent and clients, and making sure our work gets the recognition it deserves.
We’re looking for someone who’s tapped into culture and creativity, but also sharp, strategic, and organised. You’ll work across every team in the business, translating big wins into bold headlines and making sure our story is always being told in the right way, to the right people.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Run and manage The Gold Studios’ social media channels , ensuring a consistent, bold, and engaging brand presence.
· Lead all PR and comms activity , including press outreach, media coverage, and internal announcements.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with trade press , positioning The Gold Studios as a leader in digital entertainment.
· Help build relationships with key industry events and organisers to secure speaking opportunities, panels, and wider visibility.
· Coordinate and submit award entries across campaigns, talent, and productions.
· Manage and produce the company’s email strategy , including newsletters, announcements, and campaign communications.
· Develop thought leadership pieces that spotlight our unique point of view on creativity, culture, and content.
· Own and drive agency pitches and marketing presentations that showcase our work, talent, and capabilities.
· Keep website fresh, up-to-date, and aligned with our brand story and latest work.
· Stay closely connected with all departments (talent, live, studio, brand, and influencer) to surface the best stories and amplify our wins.
· Help promote the work and success of our clients and creators across all channels.
· Support the creation and production of marketing content — from BTS to case studies to reels and reels-worthy moments.
