The Role

As a Marketing/Commerce Architect, you will have a strong background as a Salesforce Architecture Consultant. You will have experience in designing and guiding the implementation of scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate with both technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver architecture that supports long-term growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end Salesforce architectures, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and performance.
• Define data models, integration patterns, and system landscapes across Salesforce clouds.
• Ensure solutions align with Salesforce best practices, security guidelines, and the client’s digital strategy.
• Lead technical discovery sessions, gather requirements, and translate business needs into technical designs.
• Guide development teams on implementing custom Salesforce solutions, integrations, and data migrations.
• Provide architectural oversight throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining quality and consistency.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business and IT leaders, explaining architectural decisions and trade-offs.
• Collaborate with Salesforce product owners, project managers, and developers for smooth delivery.
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases, emerging technologies, and industry trends to leverage latest innovations.

Your Profile

Skills/Knowledge/Experience:

• Experience in Salesforce architecture and consulting.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce products, including Apex, LWC, APIs, and third-party integrations.
• Understanding of data architecture, security, performance, and multi-cloud implementations.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to balance technical innovation with business requirements.

Desirable Skills/Knowledge/Experience:

• Salesforce certifications.
