Marketing Coach

Up to £600 per day, paid pro rata based on hours delivered

Remote role (Company based in Chelmsford, Essex)

Part-Time

They work with thousands of entrepreneurs and business owners every year, and they are now looking for a Marketing Coach to support their clients with hands-on guidance across digital strategy, funnels, and campaign execution.

With flexible hours, remote delivery, and the chance to work alongside some of the UK’s top coaches and speakers, this role is ideal for someone who wants to make a real impact—while staying in control of their schedule.

About the Role:

You’ll work directly with clients—entirely remotely—providing practical marketing advice and structured strategies to help them grow, following our clients predetermined programs.

From campaign planning and funnel building to CRM automation and paid ads, you’ll act as a trusted expert for business owners who are ready to take action.

This is a flexible, part-time position. You set your own availability and our clients books you in accordingly. Whether you have set hours each week or a few days available across the month, we can work with your schedule— as long as you can commit to at least one full day per week on a consistent basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 or small group coaching sessions (remote)
• Provide clear, actionable guidance on marketing strategy and implementation
• Support clients with funnel setup, lead generation, CRM campaigns, ads, and conversions
• Troubleshoot client challenges across different stages of the marketing funnel
• Create a supportive, results-focused coaching environment that builds confidence and momentum

Let’s Talk About You:

• Proven background in marketing (agency, consulting, in-house or freelance)
• Strong practical knowledge in some or all of the following areas:
  • Funnel design and campaign flow
  • CRM systems and automation (e.g. ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, GoHighLevel)
  • Facebook, YouTube, or Google Ads
  • Organic content and social media strategy
• Experience coaching, consulting or training others
• Confident communicator—clear, approachable, and outcome-driven
• Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule

Nice-to-Haves (But Not Essential)

• Experience delivering workshops, webinars, or training sessions
• Background in entrepreneurship or small business growth
• An interest in stepping into more visible roles (e.g. content delivery, leading client sessions)
