Marketing, Client Marketing - Insurance Segment Specialist, AVP

This role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced client marketer to join the Institutional Client Marketing Team to lead regional strategy and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for the insurance segment. To start this role will predominantly focus on the German and UK insurance markets, with the opportunity for growth into other key international regions. The role requires generalist marketing knowledge as it touches a wide spectrum of tactics and activities, including but not limited to email, digital, social media, paid media, events and thought leadership. The client marketer must be able to work with a variety of stakeholders and subject matter experts to drive key marketing initiatives, in particular close alignment with the EMEA Insurance Sales Team and Global Marketing Team is required to execute the go-to-market plan.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with the Head of Client Marketing, EMEA, the global insurance segment marketing lead, insurance team sales and advisory leads, and the regional client marketing teams to develop and execute the marketing plan for the EMEA insurance market, aligning with the global insurance marketing framework and local regional marketing plans.
• Collaborate with global marketing partners to bring best thinking to marketing initiatives.
• Help drive important initiatives forward by leading execution of marketing strategy for email, digital, social media, paid media, events and thought leadership, creating tailored content as required.
• Provide reporting and analysis of marketing programs ensuring regular review and refinement.
• Operate in a growing global insurance ecosystem including professionals spanning functions like sales, product, and client service.

Qualifications Required

• Degree educated
• 5+ years of institutional client marketing experience
• Skilled in copywriting and content creation
• Knowledge of the UK and/or Germany insurance segment preferred
• Language skills: English (fluent) and German (preferred)
• Enthusiastic individual with a collegiate approach
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to express complex issues succinctly and clearly to business partners
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, deadline driven environment
• Creative thinker with a test and learn mind-set and desire to innovate to drive results
• Self-motivated individual with the ability to think independently and work proactively to resolve issues
• Comfortable operating in a team-based environment that is multi-location

Base Pay Range: $99,900/yr. - $150,000/yr.

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
